important question before i buy this car on friday

ok well i want to buy this g37 on saturday, its fully loaded with every package, but the rims were stolen by someone while it was sitting at the dealership....(pic of car before rims were robbed)
http://www.bmwoffreehold.com/used-bm...98M130661.aspx

so they put some ugly horrible aftermarket rims on it and dropped the price to $31k
i put a deposit on the car and found these rims on ebay
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Infin...1%7C240%3A1318

question is are these the EXACT same rims that are in the first link, will they fit? before i buy them i wanna make sure its gonna look exactly how it should like the first link

thanks alot guys

Your links are both bad. I do notice that the dealer link is BMW of Freehold and they happen to be a client of mine. If you want ask for Anthony Cerillo the GSM and tell him your my friend. My name is Mike Martelli and he knows me from Zippo's Car Stereo. I do all of his aftermarket work for the dealership. I don't know if it will help since you already made a deal, but it's worth a shot.

this is what the guy said in email, what do you guys think?
Chris,

The thieves left the car on blocks (I have pictures to prove it) I cannot sign a disclaimer saying you are not responsible for anything but what I can do is give you a damage discloser that will say what happened to the car. The thieves broke the driver’s side window to get into the car and find the wheel lock key so they could remove the wheels. We replaced the wheels that day with the wheels that are on it now. The wheels that are on it did not have the correct spacers on it so the outside of the rotor got a little scratched but the brakes work fine. It is a good car still and the guy who traded it is a good customer who buys a new car every few months.

those would be the rims that were on it yea.....but why not buy something aftermarket if your gonna spend 1500ish. 500-1000 more will get you a very nice set of rims. Either way congrats on the purchase and gl.

take a look through the picture section or the market place and look to see what you like then ask me i'll tell you what wheel it is a nice staggered setup would look great on your car. and if you do decide to purchase aftermarket make sure they fit big brakes to accommodate those g37s brakes. Also, how much are you looking to spend?

Damage disclosure (definition)- We have made you aware of the damage to your vehicle prior to purchase. What this means is that this will screw you when you try to take your car in for a warranty claim for your brakes, wheel hub, or bearing because Infiniti is going to tell you that it will not be covered due to damage, not manufacturer defect. By accepting or signing this piece of paper, you release this dealership of all liability.

i'd say go take a look at the car make sure the brakes arent messed up if it's a small scratch not a big deal and you can probably talk them down some 30k out the door.

Take it to infiniti and have them inspect it. Have them put everything that's wrong with it on your ticket.

Thanks. I've played this game before with a dealership. My advice is to just walk away as this might come back to bite you in the a$$.

Go look for an Infiniti Certified Pre Owned vehicle. It will be well worth your while.

id feel much better if there was any WHITE OR BLACK coupes within 75 miles of 08691, but it seems impossible to find, unless they have nothing in them, no premium, no nav no 18/19 wheels nothing
