Chris,

The thieves left the car on blocks (I have pictures to prove it) I cannot sign a disclaimer saying you are not responsible for anything but what I can do is give you a damage discloser that will say what happened to the car. The thieves broke the driver’s side window to get into the car and find the wheel lock key so they could remove the wheels. We replaced the wheels that day with the wheels that are on it now. The wheels that are on it did not have the correct spacers on it so the outside of the rotor got a little scratched but the brakes work fine. It is a good car still and the guy who traded it is a good customer who buys a new car every few months.
This guy sounds shady. Where did he get the aftermarket wheels from? Why not just get OEM wheels? Dealerships are insured for this kind of thing. Who the hell buys another new car every few months in this economy???? Next question.... did you sell him this Infiniti also?

Unless they left it sitting on the rotors... I'd ask to see pics.

i think you could do a few dollars better on price. Unless you have your heart set on this particular vehicle, I would keep looking

I definitely think you should tell the bmw dealer you want it inspected before buying. Take it to a infiniti dealership to have inspected.

I wouldn't do that. The Nissan dealer down the block is part of the same auto group as tee BMW store. They are both part of DCH Auto Group. Bring it to Circle Infiniti on Rt 36 in Eatontown. I'm friends with Frank the service manager and might be able to help you out.
