Looking for a G
Install OEM NAVI at the dealership??? Prepared to get raped on that. I'd guess $2K+ on that parts and labor.
A $150 garmin would be better.
I've seen people part out OEM Nav setups for $500-1000 on here before.
If you want a car with NAVI, find one with it. It will be worth it. I looked at about 15 cars trying to find one i liked with NAVI and glad i held out. I use mine all the time and love how it pops up and down
2006 has Bluetooth, for what that's worth, and it's a year newer. The AWD Sedan in '06 got the better brakes that the Coupe and regular Sedan got in '05. If you don't care about the warranty, then get the lowest mileage one you can find, '05 or '06. Otherwise get an '06.
I've read that installing OEM Navi at the dealer if the car doesn't have it will be $4k+++... I read that somewhere by someone who actually works at an Infiniti dealership..
Why wouldn't you wanna get a newer, better looking one..? It boggles my mind when people are asking why they should get an older version of the same model when the newer models are better... 2006 has better looking bumpers, projector headlights, tailights, spoiler.. etc etc... AND IT'S NEWER! It's kind of a no-brainer IMO...
I also haven't heard of anyone preferring the reflector headlights over projector... That's really backwards to me... Projectors > Reflectors in looks, functionality, etc..
Anyway.. I'm not bashing or anything.. I'm just trying to grasp why pick a 2005 over 2006 (given you have the funds for either).. Unless you find a 2005 that has super low mileage or for a super deal, get the 2006, hands down bar none. If you're intent on getting 2005 no matter what... To each his own I guess.

The above post only refers to the Coupe, not the Sedan. If you want 4 doors, you won't get projectors, new bumper, new spoiler, and all that other stuff from a Coupe.
I know some of you Coupe owners may find this hard to believe, but many of us prefer the look of the Sedan.

How much have you actually used an I-key? I had remote start in my old car, and swore I'd have it on every car I ever owned. But I much prefer the I-key to remote start now that I've got the I-key. I literally go for 8-10 days sometimes without touching my keys other than to transfer them from one pocket to another (coat, pants, whatever).

The I key has a slide out "real" key so you get the best of both worlds. I have never owned a car with an I key before, and now I wouldn't want to.
