proobably a person who just learned what the term "ricer" means. my friend who just got into the whole car guy scene and drives a mustang but he is likes imports but still kind of confused on mods and ricer mods. i have a small 6" decal that says "Shift_ d i30" and Nycmaximas and te black vinyl and he thinks im a ricer bcus well stickers are concidered rice.


i dont think thats rice. so maybe those guys were a bunch of kids who just kknow a little bit and think every loud exhaust is "rice".
