Thumbs Up: Dealership

I wanted to post about my pleasant service experience at Syracuse Infiniti. I had an issue which made me think I had problems with my passenger seat airbag sensor, and wanted to get the tsb for fuel filler but not the throttle response one. They performed just what I needed and didn't perform the throttle response one, just like I wanted. They also remembered I complained about my chrome grill chipping like 6 months ago, but I dropped it then cause i didn't wanna bother with another trip to the dealer, so they remembered to check it out while it was there and wound up changing it (I asked if I could have the old one for a potential project and are looking into it for me, if they dont need to return it its mine, and I'll be asking for ideas, feel free to be proactive and give me thoughts now ).

Their communication was really good, service manager kept me up to speed how things were going. Gave me a G37X sedan as a loaner, and they didn't complain when I kept it a couple of extra days. I gotta say this was my best experience at a dealer, and just wanted to share, just as I would if I had problems. Even with all the doom and gloom in the auto industry these guys are plugging away, I hope their sales are there to keep the doors open (I have some insight since I work at an auto supplier company).

I've also had good service at Austin Infiniti. My service advisor is a great guy.

Do I detect a pattern here?

THis one:

http://www.allworldauto.com/tsbs/NHT...in_278906.html

Its more like I could fill my tank up to 7/8 and then it wouldnt let anymore. They said there was a baffle they installed either in the tank or the filler. HAvnt tried it out yet to see if it was resolved.
