Interior Mods

Hey guys, I got in my car today and was kind of bored cause its been the same for a while. I have the stock gps and an aftermarket screen but I can't really think of anything else to do.

So does anyone have any suggestions for interior mods?

Depends on how far you're willing to take it...

-Dye your seats/panels BMW red/other custom colour (been done before, a quick search on here will show you the results) - Low cost but labour intensive

-DD Kit, even with your stock navi, a nice DD Kit will re-vamp your interior (better sound, too) - High cost

-New, lighter seats - Bride, Recaro etc.. if you are going for an all out sport look (you'd probably need some performance mods to help explain this purchase to your friends! - don't want to be all show and no go!) - High cost

-New pedals - Low cost

-Not a huge fan of interior LED's...but whatever floats your boat, it's your car after all - Low cost

What year is your car? If it's an 03-04, you could always look into upgrading to the 05-07 dashboard/console.

With money, anything can be done...

Honestly, not sure on whether or not it can be done on the sedan... (depends on the interior specs - size, width etc... and if they changed from year to year)

https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-cou...pond-asap.html

I'm guessing somewhere around the 1k to 2k mark for this conversion...it'd be alot less if you were able to find a dash from a wrecked car

There was a thread where this dude put some leds in his cupholder and when you put like a bottle of water in there it lit the bottle up, it was real classy looking!

Yeah, it's called ambient lighting. A lot of new cars these days come with it.

I did interior LED's. I just replaced all my inside lights with white LED lights. It looks pretty good at night. Nice and modern.

Pedals are a nice touch too.

I got blue LED's everywhere, truck, inside and etc. I will see if I can take pics of leds

check out pedals too. spend about $30 on pedals.
