Deal or what?

Hey guys. So i went to the dealship today and found a 2003 g35 coupe with 67,000 miles on it. There asking 15,300 for it and the dealer said he give it to me for 13,000. Is that a deal or what? I notice a bunch of damages on the car such as, the front bumper had a ton of chips on it, which tells me it must of been a high way car, driver seat had a hole on the bottom from just wearing out, rim had a big dash on it, the front grill had a crack threw it, and i also notice the front fender, rite above the tire where a bunch of bubbles looking like it was starting to rust. But the rest of the body looks great. Im gonna take it for a test drive tomarro to see how it drives. My concern is why is it so cheap? I dont know so much about the motors and trannys on the car. Are they reliable Think its worth buying if it drives good and sounds good? Thanks.

Nope. Not a good deal at all. I would offer him 10 out the door. You can probably get better deals somewhere else. Check Autotrader or cars.com. Make sure you look around, research, and take your time. Dont ever rush in buying a car, think twice. Good luck.

15k for an 03 in absolutely flawless condition with 67k miles would still be a stretch. You can get an 05 with the same mileage, and free of blemishes for right at or under $15,000. Although the part of the country you live in might have some affect on the pricing, the key point here is that you can get a much better deal if you look harder.

Reread your own post and you'll see that you have answered your question. The car's a POS, that's why it's so cheap. Keep looking...
