this should be a quick thread. no one burn me for not knowing this already. the 350 z s-techs are lower than the h-techs correct? and when the drop is small like this is it bad to use springs or should i definitely get coils? thanks to anyone who answers.!!!

 

s-techs are indeed lower, yes. ummm i dont know what you mean by is it bad to use springs... if you are on sport suspension it should be fine using z s-techs but you may or may not need camber kits.
