I remember when I first got into these forums and started checking them daily. To put it simply, I was lost. But nevertheless, I read on! It seemed like I was reading an entirely different language, and I spent hours trying to decipher it. One of my first thoughts was that there would be a guide or glossary somewhere to help me, but the search function revealed this belief to be false. So, in an effort to help out the community, we should all attempt to contribute to a big list of terms that I will try to keep updated as you guys post. I still have yet to learn half of the abbreviations and things you guys use, so I will need the help of everyone to get a good one of these accomplished.

I would like this list include everything from G specific terms to simple internet lingo and abbreviations. Anything you see in a thread on this forum that an Amish person would not comprehend should be included in this glossary. Post as many as you can! I'll keep the master list as updated as I can.

2DR - Two door, referring to a coupe style vehicle
4DR - Four door, referring to a sedan style vehicle
5AT - Five speed automatic transmission
6MT - Six speed manual transmission
7AT - Seven speed Automatic Transmission

AB - Athens blue, an exterior G35 paint color
AG - Anything Goes; a section on 'Driver reserved for Premier Members only
ATF - Automatic Transmission Fluid
ATTESA - Advanced Total Traction Engineering System for All-Terrain, the AWD system used on Nissan/Infiniti vehicles equipped with AWD
Autotragic - Referring to automatic transmission
AWD - All wheel drive
AWHP - All-wheel horsepower, see also "WHP"

B:

BBK - Big brake kit
BHP - Brake Horsepower
Bish - A replacement for b*tch, commonly used to refer to a car, ex. "Slam that bish!"
BJ - Bl*wjob
BO - 1. See "OB". 2. Body odor
BS - 1. Brilliant Silver, an exterior G35 paint color 2. Bullsh*t
Burger - Referring to the burger-shaped Nissan logo

CAI - Cold Air Intake, referring to a type of aftermarket induction system
CB - 1. Caribbean Blue, an exterior G35 paint color 2. Chinabean, a member of the G35driver.com forum
CF - Carbon Fiber
Coil(s) - Referring to an adjustable coilover type suspension
CPO - Certified Pre-Owned
Curb - The verb of your wheel or wheels coming in contact with a curb or sidewalk, often resulting in exaggerated auto repair bills.

DD - 1. Double Din, a measurement used when installing aftermarket head units. 2. Daily driver, referring to a vehicle that is driven on a day to day basis 3. Designated driver, the one that is elected to drive around his or her drunken friends
Debadge - To strip a vehicle of its associated symbols and / or emblems
Deuce - 1. Something ugly 2. Referring to feces 3. Referring to the number 2
DG - Diamond Graphite, an exterior G35 paint color
DP - Desert Platinum, an exterior G35 paint color
Drop - To lower a car
DTMB - Don't tase me, bro! Popularized by YTMND.com after University of Florida student Andrew Meyer uttered it just moments before being tased for causing a disturbance at a town hall forum
Dump - 1. To lower a car as far down as possible 2. To end a relationship

EM - Emerald Mist, an exterior G35 paint color

F:

Fail - 1. An interjection used to express dislike, ex. "Just got my huge wing setup on my G!" "FAIL!" 2. Also a verb with approximately the same meaning, ex. "Rob Schneider fails"
Feeler - A thread created when one feels like selling something but is not completely sure yet
FI - 1. Forced Induction, when referring to turbo and the compressed air that is forced in for combustion 2. Fast Intentions, an exhaust company that specializes in foreign cars
FF - 1. Front Engine, front wheel drive. 2. Referring to the Fast and the Furious movie series
Floor - To press the accelerator pedal as far down as possible, or to the "floor"
Flush - An aggressive fitment of the wheels being close to the fender
FML - F*ck my life
FR - Front engine, rear wheel drive
FS - For Sale
FT - For Trade
FTL - For the loss, opposite of FTW
FTMFGDW - For the mother f*cking god damn win
FTMFW - For the mother f*cking win
FTW - For the win, stated when the poster is in favor of something

Hella - Alot, very, or extremely, ex. "That G hella fast!" or "Ay yo G got hella mods"
HID - High Intensity Discharge, often found in aftermarket headlights

KBB - Kelley Blue Book, a trusted resource for prices, values and reviews on new and used cars

LP - Liquid platinum, an exterior G35 paint color, see also "BS" (1)

LS - Lakeshore Slate, an exterior G35 paint color
LSD - Limited Slip Differential

MAF - Mass airflow sensor
MAS - See "MAF"

Mod - 1. Abbreviation for "Modification", which is anything that is purposefully changed within your vehicle. 2. Short for "Moderator", an administrator of a forum
MR - 1. Mid engine, rear wheel drive. 2. The Lancer Evolution MR. 3. The Toyota MR-2
Mt. Fuji - Referring to the mountain-shaped Infiniti logo

NA - Naturally Aspirated, i.e. an engine not equipped with a turbo or supercharger
Navi - Abbreviation for Navigation system, found standard in some G models

Rice - Racing Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement. Something added to a car with the intentions of being "S00P3R R4D LOL!!1" but actually benefits the vehicle in no way and often wrecks what little class the vehicle probably had to start with. Ex. Wings, APC stickers
Ricer - One who is called out for frequently adding rice to their vehicle
Ricey - The adjective form of rice, ex. "Yo sh*t is ricey dawg"
Ring (The) - Referring to the Nurburgring race track
ROFLMFAO - Rolling on (the) floor laughing my f*cking @ss off
RWHP - Rear wheel horsepower, see also "WHP"

Serengeti Sand - An exterior G35 paint color
SGNB - Shotgun No Blitz, used to call the front passenger seat when fellow users see your car and want a ride
Shave - To debadge a vehicle
Sig - Short for signature, which can optionally be added at the end of every one of a user's posts.
Slam - See "Dump" (1)
Slap On - The verb to install or add a mod
SS - See "Serengeti Sand"

Stealership - Referring to a dealership with negative connotations

WHP - Wheel horsepower, referring to the power outlet of a vehicle after taking drivetrain loss into account
Win - Used to express a liking for something, opposite that of fail
