I let my G sit as well. I have a company vehicle for a daily. I do drive my G a lot spring through fall when the weather is nice but it stays in the garage through the winter.

Mine is an 06' and it has 13k miles on it.

The G sits.... I travel out of town for work almost every week, so the car sits in the garage... 2006... 20k miles on it.

My pa's buddy has an 89 IROC he let sit. He enjoyed looking at it but never drove it. He was a pretty cool guy when I was 10.

Now he's all grey-haired, fat, bald, and looks like a douche when he drives it.

Enjoy it while you can. I still love my G but the pedastal I'm sure we all once held it upon is now more of a lump of....rice.

If this is the best car you can afford, i believe you should let it sit. Even though there are tons of cars just like yours on the road, this is your car and you should be proud of it.

It is nice to see that some people agree that the G is their "beater"

You only live once. I say drive it and have fun with it while you can. Then upgrade to something even better.

I am on pace to put 24,000 miles a year on my G35 sedan. It's gonna depreciate even if it sits so you might as well use it.

Even though i clean and detail the hell out of it, it's my beater car.

My Mustang gets 1000-2000 miles/year. Not because i'm afraid to drive it. I just never get the chance otherwise i'd put more

I bought the G because I luv the way it drives. So I drive and enjoy it! When the miles start to get up there, I'll build another engine for it and enjoy it even more!

This car is hardly worth any money these days, why let it sit? Take good care of your car, keep it clean, keep up with maintenance, and enjoy the hell out of it. The G35 is my only car, but I live within walking distance of my school so I maybe put 100 miles on it per week. Might as well enjoy it while it still turns heads.

It sucks for the people like me who don't even have a G or a car to see someone own a G and drive it for maybe 500 miles a year

Cars are meant to be driven. Unless you have a dedicated show or race car that you are worried about, drive the damn thing. I drive mine all year round, I have Blizzaks on 17" base 350Z wheels. I had an LS1 Camaro before this, and drove that as much as I could throughout the year as well.
