I think you guys are using the term “G owners” a little loose… most of the friends I have that own Gs spend a sh!tload on the car – I know I’ve spent more than reasonable to some ppl… I think the frugal modders you see are not the majority. This car is ridiculously expensive to mod (especially for performance) thousands and thousands of dollars is not uncommon… many, many of us have done it. So generalizing about “G owners being cheap” is far from accurate.

What I find amusing is a guy crying about someone else making 8% more on his item… damn if you are hurting that bad for $200 you bought the wrong car.

 

I did think about trading in my G for a NSX.

I'm not sure if you are serious... but just a month or so ago I was seriously thinking about it... a guy I work with has one and I recently saw a supercharged one at Church automotive... I was driving to work and saw one on the fwy and realized it would be a real fun car on the track... for a minute I thought about doing it...

 

Yes was seriously thinking about it, there was someone selling a 2004 Phoenix Yellow NSX here in Huntington Beach that was mint. He wanted cash. I couldn't sell my G in time to get it.

 

A good friend of mine owns one and I have been to a couple of their G2Gs and have ridden in an NSX that is pushing over 700 ponies.....at that moment that became my "must have someday" car.

 

my wheels actually looked pretty good.

How are you going to come on to G35Driver and bash all G35 owners by saying they're cheap??? There are numerous members on this fourm that have spent well over 50k in just mods, let alone the cost of the car itself.

 

1, I drive an 06 6mt. blk on blk, navi, RAS, premium and aero package.
