Refinish or replace wheels

My 2005 G35x sedan has the stock 7 spoke wheels and the clear coat is damaged on each of them. I took them to a local rim repair shop and was quoted 75-100 per rim for a refinish (sand, paint, clear and bake). Ive looked on wheelsnext.com and some other sites and see quite a few wheels at the $150ish price range, are they all lesser quality than the stock wheels? Im happy with the look of the stock wheels, just trying to justify the refinishing price...

Thanks....

Unless you can find someone trying to unload oem wheels cheap, I'd just get them refinished. Dirt cheap wheels are generally flimsy and will bend pretty easy.

Any wheel you can buy for that kinda price are major junk! Your OEM wheels are high quality and light weight, having them refinished just makes sense. Or if you wanted a different look you could have them powder coated a different color....something else to consider!

Refinish. I've seen people buy cheap rims and break them several times. They end up spending more money on replacement rims and tires instead of buying a quality set.
