Leak on passenger side

I noticed a leak yesterday on the passenger side near the front tire, actually directly behind the tire.

It's not oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, clutch fluid.

Both my girlfriends parents have Nissan's. I asked them and they said it's probably the drain port for the A/C and that it's just water leaking out. Normal for most Nissans (as the port is normally located behind the passenger's side front tire)

I wanted to make sure, see what you guys thought?

Yup. that's what it is. Nothing to worry about. If it isn't draining on a regular basis, then you have a problem.

If its clear and odorless, its just condensation from the AC – every car does that… if you see fluid when the AC has not been running, its something else – but then it would be colored and have an odor (engine coolant, ATF, oil)…

Same here. A/C condensation runoff.

And every summer someone always freaks out when you are driving on a humid day and water is pouring out of the car from that port.

Hehe, Thanks guys.

I guess all the drain ports on my prior cars weren't so close to the side, or I never noticed.

My son's 2006 G35

My son's G35 started leaking behind the front passenger tire as well. But when he cranked it up, it started smoking and smelled like burnt plastic, or possibly rubber. Is the smell similar? We just replaced the entire cooling system, though. Any thoughts on what this could be?
So over fixing this car already.

Have you considered using a UV dye in the water to trace the leak? It's a bit messy but can help pinpoint where it's coming from. just an idea if you're still stuck.
