Oh man, I hope my post didn't give you that impression. Your customer service skills and response times are outstanding, and there's nothing you need to apologize for. Whatever delays you're talking about are only because we keep ordering so much stuff from you, a direct result of your well-earned reputation here.

Riverside Infiniti "Parts Dept."

I've got what 7400+ posts and any time I find a member in need of parts or a specific item I alway recommend Tony at Riverside Infiniti cause I know they'll be taken care of.... That makes it a shame they don't have "frequent recommendation" discounts....LOL

Let me just add this.

I recently ordered the Motordyne 5/16 ISO spacer.

Lets just say, Tony beat all the prices from all the sponsors. Piece of cake. I PM'ed Tony to ask if he could beat another competitors price. He replied back and beat it without any hesitation. +1 or RI.

both my manager and I now live in the south OC area, we've made house calls to drop off parts in the past and can usually set up a meeting time after we get off work to help you guys out if you're unable to make it up here, and of course it fits in scheduling wise.

as for service, we do discoutn our normal service rates here to ALL forum members and have a lot of customers from here who drive from OC and LA counties for normal oil changes sometimes!

And if you ever need any warranty work, we're very glad to help you out as well! Loaners are obviously available with lengthy services. And again, we've got quite a few OC customers who service their cars here for warranty with us.

Sorry If I missed the question entirely, just thought I'd throw this out there.

hahahaha, lol wow I was off point hehe...

Oil consumption tests here are very easy going for the most part, I mean obviously if you're turbo or have had nitrous or something no dealership can cover that.

but we've done oil consumption tests and replacements / fixes on cars with basic bolt ons in the past.

for oil consumption, every individual situation is different so there is not a clear cut guideline or answer, but we are knowledgeable, and we know that exhausts, spacers, intakes pulleys etc... do NOT cause oil consumption issues on these motors if installed correctly.

There are a lot of dealership out there that are NOT mod friendly or are scared to work on modded cars due to liability, BUT we are usually very easy going.
Rick and I constantly see many forum cars in our shop hehe, it is nice to put cars and faces to the names!

sorry had something in my throat,
and just clearing it up for people, how exactly are u covered? (of course u have to have warranty) but dont u have to service your car at least once or twice at infiniti? or like say u haven't serviced ur car ever until u went in for o.c. are u still covered?
clearing something up for myself too, i was told that even if u change the oil urself, but am covered under warranty , as long as u have jotted down which miles u changed it at u should be okay? please provide input
