I would like to know as well. I was denied the OC claim because I couldn't come up with proof on a few oil changes. My local dealer said I HAD to have proof of every single oil change FROM Infiniti only.

hmm, so how u end up getting the engine?

yeah i was wondering that too, because every single oil change from infiniti is alittle too much.
i have better things to do than sit around paying for an oil change i could do myself easily . Plus, i like working on my car.

in that case scenario, i have heard a few people say that if you have (1 or two records) at riverside infiniti saying that u changed ur oil
AND u have a sheet that has records of receipt for oil, filters... when u changed ur oil urself, u should be fine

i've heard so many opinions on this and have posed this questions countless times but have never got a clear answer, hopefully one of you guys can either ask ur reps. and clear it up

you may want to simply call our service dept here and talk to Jeremy ( 951-324-8282 ) he can cut through any fog clouding up this issue. He can answer pretty much any specific question you have on oil consumption policy etc...

Alf! Love the wheels, and thanks for the comments bro!

Tony/Rick,

I placed an order on some exhaust parts/gaskets last week. Just want to know if they were shipped.

Hey, I just wanted to say Rick at RSI has to be the best in the biz. Every question I asked he had two answers that always saved me money. I got hit by an 18 wheeler on 10/02/09. The whole front got smashed. FYI 18 wheelers dont have reverse lights. I got backed into and I did not even know the f-er was backing up. Anyway Rick helped me make my 03 G35c better with newer 07 parts that were cheeper then the 03. CONFUSED? Yea I was too, but $790 for two brand new 2007 OEM headlight housing assemb. vs 1900 for new 03's ? You do the math. Rick is looking out for us, so we should look out for him. Thanks Rick!
Andrew from Pennsylvania.
