I'm getting tints done tomorrow and I want to get a color that makes this interior not so friggin bright in direct sunlight. I dont want it too dark to attract any cops, but enough to hide that annoying yellowish interior.


Anyone have pics of 35% and 20% tints all around with a wheat interior??

i dont have any pictures but if you dont want a tint ticket and want to cover up the interior as best as you can 35% for the front and 20% for the back would be the best

 

I live in pa. I have 20% all around and it's perfect. I'm on my iPhone. Check my fs thread of my wheels and u see a pic of my car at night

 

i have no pics but 20% all around works for me. You can still see its wheat in certain sunlight but at night its perfect and its just dark enough

 

Look at my pics on here in my garage. I am rolling with 5%.

I think i got 30%, which is boderline illegal here! Are you nuts wheat is the end all be all for interiors but without get your windsheild done you can forget it that wheat will stand out like a sore thumb.

 

Go with 20. You wont regret it. If you go with 35, after awhile, you'll wish you went darker. I felt that way when i had my first car done in 35. Wished for 20. Then i got 20 done on my next car, and wished i had went with 15. Went with 15 after that on my next car, and wished for 5. Now... here I am at 5.... lol and i kinda wish i woulda stayed with 15, cuz 5 is daaaaaaaaaaark as hell. I literally have a hard time making turns at night with my windows up.

 

If you search my previous post, I have a twilight blue with wheat interior and I posted up shots of my window tint... might be darker than what you guys are looking for but it will give you an idea at least

 

Keep in mind NY tint law is 70%, aka ridiculous. Hence, I want to go as light as possible like a 35%. Hope there are some pics with 35% all around and 20% all around tints.

My idea right now is : 35% driver/passenger door, 20% all others.
