Ouch.....That hurts to look at. At least you know who did it and it will be repaired w/no insurance invovled.
The small 168/194 bulb on the side is changeable.....you pull the light assembly out some from the bumper, and then you can get access to the bulb. It requires you to remove the black trunk plastic finisher along he bottom edge of your trunk opening, and then pull or pop off the plastic pop rivets that hold the interior trim...then you can get to the three or four nuts that hold the taillight in place....after that...its a matter of sliding the light assembly out a couple of inches and getting the bulb out to replace it.
Took me a total of 10 mins first time out......simple to do...do not waste your money at a dealership to do this....

It's all fixed now. Looks better than ever. He even wet sanded and polished the entire car. It looks amazing. Like the whole car was just painted.
Only thing is they forgot to replace that infamous side bulb and will need to remove the tail light again to replace it.

he changed the oil and forgot to put on the bolt.
it took him 10 quarts (5 quarts) the first time to get it right.
