That's right fellow CA. members, Sacramento screwed us over once again. They voted to double the license fees, so if you paid $250 last year you know what to expect this year....lean over and grab your ankles! At least they turned down the 15 cents per gallon gas tax, that would have felt good. I was born, raised and went to college here in CA. and I love our state. Just not the azzholes that run things in Sacramento and fill their pockets and then there's the illegals that are bleeding us dry. Am I the only one that's aware that 40% of the illegals here in CA. pay zero taxes because they get paid under the table? No one has the ***** to do anything about it and yet there it is just one of the reasons the license fees doubled!

paid $352 last week but thankfully no smog test required. That would have been another $100.

Think that's bad? My buddy has an 09 M6 and just paid $1154 for his sticker.

Yea CA!

$365 for an 05 in CA. Since it is a "necessity", I don't even bat an eye when I pay it.

How about the lovely use tax for private buyers? It's 8.75% here.

The financial situation here both locally and nationally is definitely going to make for some awe-inspiring fireworks in the coming decade. At this point, just sit back and wait for the show.
