G35driver Decal installation
G35driver Decal installation
I feel like an idiot asking this, but this decal installation might as well be in Chinese LOL....Does anyone have a video of someone installing it? I really dont want to mess it up, and I am pretty confused on how to do it. It says three peices, I have 2 blank sheets and 1 sheet with 2 decals on it...etc...anyone have a quick write up on the actual installation of it? Any help would be awesome...sorry for such an idiotic question!

I threw my instruction sheet out but I'll run you through what I remember. The decal has a thin sheet of paper on one side and a thick piece on the other. The actual decal should be between the 2.
First take a plastic scraper or credit card, place the decal on a flat surface, and rub the decal between the paper pieces to work out any air bubbles.
Clean the surface you want to mount the decal on and mist the area you want to put the decal with a solution of 1 cup of water mixed with a drop or two of liquid dish detergent. This will provide a slippery surface on which you can adjust the decal's placement before you finish applying it.
Peel off the thick paper and place the decal (with the actual decal on the glass with the thin paper facing you) where you want it. Once you are happy with where it is blot the area with a clean, dry towel. Start to peel the thin layer of paper carefully using your fingernail or a small pin to help pull the decal off the paper if it doesn't want to come off cleanly. Make sure as you are peeling the paper that the decal is adhering to the surface with no stretch or air bubbles. After the paper is off check the decal to make sure there are no air bubbles in the logo. I had to be careful with the . in .com because it wanted to stay on the paper or come off crooked.
After you're done carefully dry the area and enjoy your decal.
I put one on each side in my small back windows and the second one was easier than the first.
I hope this helps.
