I need help choosing a GPS

What are some good Aftermarket GPS' Im in the market for one and I dont wanna spend too much money Im talking like 140 at most maybe 150

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

I have a Garmin Nuvi 205 and like it a lot. Got it as a gift, but they're under $100 if you look around.
