I got my G35 sedan new in sept of 03

She now has a 160k and is going strong.

really only issue I had was with the bose stereo which I did a double din conversion.

I was actually just searching on the maintenance and services I should think about preforming

Bought Black on Black 2008 XS with tech package new for about 41k in June 2008. No payments as I paid cash. Car was one of 4 available for sale at the time with tech package and XS. Shipped from Denver to Fife, Wash.

 

Bought my sedan brand new in spring 2003 for about 33K. It had around 40 miles from people test driving it. My payments was $492/month. It's paid off about 2 years ago.

isn't it smarter to just hang onto the cash in case you need it then plopping it down on a car with interest rates as low as they are? i know i regret paying ahead on my student loan because I could use the cash now...i mean unless you have a couple hundred grand in the bank

 

i remember that i got the g for $38.5 otd. but then the finance guy got me to buy the interior and exterior protectant and like 13 oil changes.. i put about 4g's down.. my rate was high but not outragoeus due to the fact that my ex-wife ran up 25k in credit cards ... that's a whole nother story..

um $800 a month on ~38.5 less 4k is around 14% apr lol...perhaps umm... well w/e lol
unless it was 6% for 48 months

 

it was about 40k after the extras and i think my apr was 11%... the payment wasn't a big issue... i make enough money.. but when u think about it.. 800 sux..

my apr on my used g is 6.79 and it was 4.9 on my new rsx and 4.5 on my used celica gt-s

can i afford the g..? i still have it.. over 15k in mods.. i have a house and i probably make more money than you do now and after you finish school..

EDIT: if you read the first thread.. this is for people that bought their g's NEW.. and can actually afford a nice NEW car.. not a rsx.. or a used celica..

although i did the math the other day and realized i dropped like 14k in mods on my rsx(if you don't count the ones I sold) that didn't make me too happy since it just had bolt ons, tune, suspension, rims and some stereo stuff

 

got my 04 sedan in october of 04 with 7 miles on it. i have 72000 miles now. about 20K boosted

i did... twice. made the mistake of buying an AT in '04, swapped it for an MT in '05. missed out on the brembo package - pretty sick about that.

'04 was 40,xxx out the door - don't remember pmt amount... '05 was 41,xxx out the door, pmts were ~500 but decided to pay it all off in the first year. love the car, only 32k miles, but debating whether to go keep it or move on.
