If Infiniti flagged my VIN number will a notification pop up everytime my VIN is typed into a Nissan/Infiniti computer or just Infiniti?

I would assume, the infiniti and nissan dealer database is the same. I doubt they would run separate ones for their customers. Gm doesn't for Chev/Cadillac/GMC.... but then again they are dumb.

I say same database. A Nissan dealer I went to for parts (never before going to one) knew my name, addy and about my Infiniti G35. Left thinking that's interesting a Nissan dealer already knowing me......
