Does this guys car actually put down 1300hp?

built motor, boosted, and i race it at the track. It's performance based, not built for looks or smooth ride or any of that.
with a stroker kit and all his goodies you still don't think? what do you think it would take then? don't say a craptastic 2jz motor either.

I looked through your started threads, but haven't found anything on your car. Why did you buy the G if you were more for performance than looks and comfort? Why not the Z or something with more capabilities?Although a 2jz in a G would be dumb, you can't call it craptastic. That engine is amazingly built and is one of the best to come out of Japan. Don't try and say I'm a supra fanboy either because if I were a fanboy of any engine it would be an RB.

same motor, liked the car better, 50$ less a month to insure, best friend is a master tech at the indianpolis bmw/infiniti dealership so i got it for dealer cost. the right price is a huge deciding factor when it's a good deal of money difference. 350z or g35 was what i wanted. found the best deal on g35

and there isn't much posted on my car because i normally don't feel like sitting down and posting threads about my updates. I almost always forget to take pictures during projects and even when i do i'm too lazy (actually too busy) to spend the time uploading and tagging pictures. I'm wrapping up my second degree and getting all of my stuff in line to start medical school in january. I get on here for a few minutes for a couple posts when i'm at work then i'm off of it for a couple hours. Usually don't have a solid block of time to sit down for a while at the computer. I also have posted very little here in g35. try looking at my350z

Guy.... You must be a God to think you know everyone on here....if you knew anything about a car you would know that if a car has 1000whp it would run way faster than 12 sec.... You have people running 10s with less power...I put 12s because that is what I would run.
A member on here ran 191 mph in a G with half the power I have. Top Secret ran 215 with less power.
My car just dyno'ed 530whp at 11 psi on a break in run on DD. That's almost 600whp @ 11 psi on Dyno Jet. Which is used as the standard.
Before I changed to the GT35r... I had twin 850bb which made 800whp.... Not HP... WHP!!... I am not a drag racer... I do road racing. I did run a 12s with my 800whp setup.... I rolled it out the gate because I did not want to break anything.... And as a joke ... I Ran the car way back from the start line/ tree and got it to 160.... The owner is a good friend... He did not care.
So before you start a thread call BS... Ask around

No, he put in a rough number for his 1/4. At full power and full boost it will definitely run better than 12.
Sorry for having junk on my car. I can't afford to spend $20k+ on a car like you guys. I get what i can afford.. too bad it seems like junk to boosted car owners like you.

ok, so he spent a ton of money and in the end made it perform as if he spent half what he in fact did spend?
theres no other way around it...cars handicapped by either the driver or the setup.
Lotta butt-hurtedness just because one guy asks a legitimate question. Exactly why I *don't* hang out on my350 much. Lots of knowledge, but lots of insecurity and childish behaviour.
