Slipping clutch on hard shifts? (28k miles)

I have an 06 IP Coupe 6mt. Pretty much from the get-go i've had nothing but troubles with my car from day one. One particular problem I've noticed lately has been clutch related. There have been a number of times where my clutch pedal will get stuck 50% depressed or just stay depressed, it hasn't happened for a while but lately it's been replaced with another clutch issue. My clutch is very fresh, it grabs hard and is pretty healthy but whenever I shift at above 6000-6500 rpm, from 2nd to third gear I get crazy slippage. The revs just stay planted at 6500 rpm and I go no where. This doesn't make sense to me as my car only has 28k miles, I bought it with 21k miles earlier this year. I've had 6 manual cars and am usually pretty good at telling how fresh a clutch is. My clutch still grabs very hard and I've been having no other issues with it aside from this slippage at high RPM's and this other hydrolic problem. It happens reasonably consistently. I've already been to the dealership 10 times this year for a number of gas meter related issues. I doubt they'll take my car in for diagnosis unless there's a TSB or I can recreate the problem every time. Any idea's guys? Anyone else had these strange problems? Seems like most of the other problems I've had so far are common ones everyone shares (Window motor, rear axle click, shutter valve cut off, dead gas meter etc.) so i'm hoping someone can shed some light on this issue for me.

try bleeding the clutch and add new brake fluid to it.

This might work for a while....^....but it's not the reason your clutch pedal is hanging up. I had this issue with my 300ZXTT twice and the problem was the clutch cylinder. Inside there's a plunger, the fluid gets by the plunger causing the pedal issues. When the cylinder get worn enough your pedal will fall to the floor when shifting, that's a wake up! Replace the clutch cylinder, problem solved.... Gary

Hydraulic pressure increases with RPM? Is there a power clutch pump?

Both the master and slave cylinders can have issues and the slave appears to be an all too common one with some Infiniti years. But on the other hand it appears that a good many have found that flushing their clutch system and replacing the fluid with a good high temperature rated fluid has fixed their stuck pedal issues.

p.s. If shifting like this on the street Infiniti may just may take a pass as far as considering it a warranty issue.
