Keep my Navigation with flip out tv?

I have a 2004 G35 coupe i just brought a flip out tv is there away to keep my Pop up navigation system working and change out the old radio?

It's doable, take a look around the Audio section a bit further down the boards. A lot of guys are running both but I don't have the specifics on what's involved (non-nav coupe here).

ya would take some work though. I love the look the stock radio looks so clean. But with some hard work you can make it work.

I think If you buy the double din kit and modify it, It should work
