tinting amber OEM corners?
tinting amber OEM corners?
Just a quick question i cant find the answer to. If I wanted to smoke or get overlays for my side markers, would i have to buy clear corners first or could I just smoke the amber ones. Would it look funny?
Thanks for the help in advance

i had mine smoked out when i did my taillights so everything is blacked out compared to a black housing and clear lens. i like how it looks. still has a amber shine to it when the lights are on.

these pix are obviously during the day. i had my buddy at a paint shop spray them so they aren't rattle can'd. they are perfectly noticeable during the nite tho. i like the look.
I bought a set off ebay that were clear corners, but the backside plastic housing was completely black. So they appeared black when the light was off. It actually looked pretty black. But when the light was on, because it was a clear lens, the light lit up brightly. I had an amber bulb so it light up amber.
Unfortunately they leak, so the stock ones are back on until i get around to sealing them up and trying it again.
