what did you use to get the mesh to stay on the 'glass? an epoxy?

EDIT: and where did you ultimately find the mesh? did you have to paint it?

 

Like said above on the other page, the mesh was in the Rain gutter section at Home Depot.

What i did to keep the mesh on the grill was simple JB Weld, a little gorrila glue ( do not use , very messy) and simple gravity with books on top of it or else it would of been floating. Careful not to put to much weight or else it will distort the mesh

I had to paint it ( Flat and glossy car paint) Home depot as well.

 

I went to Home Depot the other day and looked at the gutter guard but it's way too small for my Kuruma Z bumper but the price is right for grilles. I'll need to buy some on line that comes in bigger sheets that way it's powder coated too for $35+. Across the same isle at HD they sell the plastic stuff in rolls, there's enough there to do 10+ grilles....
