Hi guys,

I accidentally broke my master key, the only one I had when I bought the car. It's a 2004 g35 sedan. Now I only can start the car with the remote starter + valley key. It's working but I don't feel safe since I have to rely completely to the remote.

I called the dealer and the charge 150 for a new master key + 50 for programming.

Anyone knows how to program the master ? Is it simply a key sequence to program it or it does require something exclusive through dealership ? If I can save this 50 on programming, it would be nice. I know how to reprogram all my key fob and remote starter.

I know I am a cheap bastard but I just lost my job so I have to count each penny now

Thank you for your reply. I just found it too , another seller even had them a little lower

So now my key will be lot cheaper. I can even afford two.

I called locksmith in Canada and they don't do car anymore. Guess I have to bring them to dealers. Wonder if they will charge more because the keys are not from the.
