Hey guys, Just wanted to give a review on a shipper I used to get my hard to find 6MT G35 Sedan shipped to me.
I was skeptical of buying a car "without seeing it" The seller had great communication and made the transaction
as easy as possible.

I couldn't have been happier with the seller Dave ( dbahn ) was awesome!!!!!!!!!!
He couldn't of been more honest, more upfront and willing to do anything to make the transaction
as pleasant and comfortable!

Here's my shipper review: ( Magic Carpet Auto Transport - Tony Quinn )

This is my first time to transfer a car, So I was a little leery at first to say the least.I submitted my name to a site and was bombarded with Quotes ranging from $700+ to $300

I came across Magic Carpet who had a very respectable price of $367 ( technically $417 - a $50 rebate ) + the main factor was a great rating on the service! This helped in my choices so I called and spoke with Tony Quinn. Tony was great from beginning to end he was my single point of contact and made everything as simple as possible. Tonys service was second to none and the driver that delivered the car as well was GREAT! Car arrived 100% PERFECT.

My only gripe I have on the whole situation was when I received a call saying there's no drivers and that a driver wants another $250 to make the delivery and I didn't go for that. Than a day later I got another call saying : I have a driver but he wants another $150. I was quoted an " AS THERE WORDING " All Inclusive rate of $367 its noted very clearly on there emails to me. So to deliver my car it costed me $567 - the $50 rebate so $517 which is higher than the $367 I was initially quoted. This should be made public and known and brought up to the customer before they agree to have there car shipped.

It was not stated at all that there maybe additional charges as this would of swayed my decision in the pricing. Now lets be clear - THIS is my only gripe! Tonys service & communication was AWESOME! The car was delivered in perfect time and the driver was very pleasant to deal with. Would I recommend Magic Carpet to another user? WITHOUT A DOUBT! Just clear up all costs and ask questions on hidden fees before you commit.

what a great deal! i'll add this for some advice if people plan on buying cars out of state: get the car professionally inspected to give you some peace of mind. there are so many companies that offer this service, just do a google search for "used car inspections" and check out the sponsored links. happy shopping everyone!

 

I was very happy with the PRIVATE Sale - All the cars on ebay turned me off under fluorescent lights, and armor all over everything. So hard to tell what you were actually getting.

 

That's a wicked deal, plenty of life left in her!
