I want 6k....

is it just changing the bulbs for us? howmuch do they cost? is it simple?

Yes, just change the bulbs. Price depends on what brand you get. Cheap ones are maybe $75 a pair, PIAA's are closer to $300. But you get what you pay for. Just make sure you get a D2R bulb if you have the reflector housing and not a D2S. The D2S is for a projector, and installed in a reflector housing will cause quite a bit of glare to the oncoming drivers.

i got a pair of d2s's around christmas time for $50 shipped from hidworld.com
