HELP Please Viper 5901 Remote Start Alarm issue in my Coupe

Hey guys, got a problem, any help would be appreciated!!! OK, I had a viper remote start alarm installed on Tuesday in my 2004 G35 coupe automatic. The installer used a CANBUS400 for the bypass module, but what the car does is the RPMs shoot down then the car turns off after 40 min or so of driving. I have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes before the car will turn back on, if not, it just does the "wha, wha, wha, wha, wha". The the RPMs shoot down, the SLIP and VDC light turns on with the engine light. I took it back to the installer and he changed the module to an idatalink one. the issue remains...I took it to autozone to pull the code, which were P1614 and P1612 (Nissan anti-theft system (NATS) failure and P0335 Crankshaft position sensor (CKP or POS) circuit. When I took it back to the shop, the installer stated he went ahead and updated the firmware and he pulled the codes and the only code it gave him was the P0335 and that I should change that sensor in the car. He turned off the engine light and the car worked well for about another hour and a half before the same problem happened to me on the exit to my house. Anyone know why this problem is happening?!?! I'll replace the crankshaft sensor if necessary, but dont want to replace it the issue is going to remain...thanks,
av
