thats only about 7-8 cars per state. Will be rare to see one, but it will be hard to see one

I dont think these will hold any real value versus a "regular" G37

No motor upgrades or special colors

Quote: Very nice, sadly not available with a manual. For an average person that fits this price range, I would do it. I would rather buy the coupe and mod with the difference you save.
Manuals make-up a very small percentage of sales overall and it's based on the Journey, not the S.

Quote: not feeling the red seats. just ticky tacky for luxury brand. would be nicer if it the sports coupe was a "nizmo" edition instead of "special"...

And it was available in 6mt, nizmo wheels, nizmo shift *****, nizmo body kits, custom "black" leather seats by recaro, custom steering wheels, etc etc.
Red seats tacky for a luxo brand? BMW has been doing it for years. And it's Nismo as in Nissan Motorsports, not NiZmo. I agree that folks like us would be more interested in a Nismo edition but the Infiniti brand is mainly targeted as a luxury line. The Nismo 370Z is supposed to satisfiy people like us as far as Nissan is concerned.

I agree, it's not going to hold any real value. No matter what, it's still a Nissan. The fact that it's rare will mean that it will sell though.

It will sell because it's rare. Strategically distribute one or two for the high volume dealers to put in their showrooms and it will sell at MSRP because there are always people who walk in ready to throw money away. Im going to guess most will end up as leases.

THAT'S a good one!

What's the MSRP on a regular G37 with the same options? Does it come out to be about the same? Only advantage to these is to the dealer who can sell them at MSRP or even a mark-up.

Sorry, but BMW has one of the ugliest interiors of all the Luxury Brand.

Yes, finally somebody who agrees with me. I don't care how the fit and finish is, the BMW interiors look like they came straight from the 80s.
