As others have stated, Sport means "sports package" which is standard on all 6MT and an extra option for the Auto or sedans. Someone mentioned Brembo brakes. That was only for the 03's (maybe 04's too). After all the complaints about the Brembos wear and brake dust, Infiniti/Nissan discontinued using them on their cars.

basically the 06 6mt that you are asking about is the most updated. it does not contain the brembos from 03-04, but it does have updated headlights, tail lights, side skirts, interior, oem 19s and ras & bluetooth as an option.
