do what makes you happy man don’t let anyone discourage you. I saw a guy on here with LED strips in his bumper & he likes it so, to each his own man you’ve got to have the confidence in your idea to pull off what you want despite feedback from others. if you like it then dope. if its lame when you see it take it off. lol. many people don’t like LEDs because 1. they've over rated & every where now, 2. Audi has them, and too many LEds can look like a rice-a-thon happening in and around your car (poor G37 pictured above).

OP; Depends how you want them wired, you can splice into your DRL line (if you have DRL, which I'm doubting since you're probably from the the US) Or you can have them so they turn on when you turn on your lows (same splice, different wire) and then just run the wire down your bumper to the LED strips.
But really, if you need to ask, just have a pro do it. Pretty much any shop locally will be able to install them for you.
