To part out...or not to part out

I'm wanting to upgrade to a gen 2 sedan pretty soon but I need to get out of my coupe first.

Should I A) Part it out back to stock and sell it stock?
or should I B) Keep it with the mods that are on it and maybe try to make a few extra bucks on the sale?

I'm not sure if I could make up for lost money by parting it out or not.

What do you guys think?

Its an 04 6mt w/o Nav with 97k miles.

Mods:
ACT streetlite flywheel
ACT SS Clutch
DBA Rotors with Hawk Ferro Pads
Stance GR+ coils
Hotchkis Sways
SPC rear camber/toe kit
SPL solid diff bushings
MD 5/16 spacer
Z-tube
Stillen airbox
Sprint Booster
Painted grille
Poly Nismo front
H&R 25/30mm spacers
OEM 19" Rays
Brand new Vredestein tires
'06 Headlights
Nismo Muffler

I think thats it...
thoughts/opinions?

Part it out. You'll make way more money that way.

^ +1. Always make more with parting out if you got the time (especially if you've got install skills). But you gotta deal with the vultures

If you've ever seen the FS threads for modded G35's in the marketplace, for the most part the asking prices aren't much higher than normal G35's.

If you got time make as much money as possible parting it out most people would prefer oem cars over aftermarket
