regrets

When I bought the 2010 g37x sedan I was convinced I was making the right choice.
The sedan was luxurious, super smooth and just what I was looking for in a luxury car.

But after having gone through the break in period. I totally got bit by the performance bug. The sedan is fast and mean for a sedan.

But I wish I got the coupe cause that fast and mean performance would be so much better, throatier and loads sexier.

I asked to trade it for the coupe but the dealership said the hit would be 6-10 thousand.

Should I just save up and wait for the next coupe update?
Will I lose that same amount of money in a couple years or will I lose even more money If I wait?

Is there a facelift/change coming soon to the g37x coupe?

You've got a nice car dude. No matter what you buy there will always be something faster or better looking over time because that's what happens. When you buy brand new you have to be in for the long haul. I think you will have way more regret if throw away thousands more to get a coupe that will be bested by the next big thing in six months. Enjoy what you got!

Is 2 horsepower and 1 lb of torque worth 6-10k? Just get an exhaust if you want the sound and who knows it may put forth a few more hp than the coupe.

Dude, you have a nice car already. Some can't afford a nice G37x, so be proud of what you have. For 2 extra hp and 1 lb of torque at another 6-10k, its not worth it. Besides, a sedan has more space and its just better IMHO. Think about having an extra seat in the sedan instead of the coupe when you're picking up girls.

The coupe is nice, but the sedans are too, they just need a little drop, some nice wheels, tint and a front lip. Congrats on the ride! Don't you dare trade it in

I was told more than once a drop would help.

But for the AWD I cant find any options to get that done.

There doesn't seem to be any thing available for a 2010 g37x AWD sedan at any vendor site I went to.

I have the front lip(love that, its great), a rear spolier, midnight grill and tint. http://i738.photobucket.com/albums/x...i/PICT0004.jpg

But yea a drop and wheels would help but the AWD seems to be a problem there. Since I can't lower or get staggered rims with AWD.

The sedan looks much better than the coupe. Stick with what you have.

A drop, wheels, exhaust, maybe intake.. and you'd be set..

A sedan is faster and more convinient than the coupe (lighter). I was initially looking for a coupe but ended up with a 07 6mt Sedan and couldn't be happier..

Although you definately should have gotten a Sport Model...

You're taking a big hit with depreciation in the first two years.. If you really want to change it then I would recommend trying to sell it privately and buying a used coupe...

Good luck and let us know what you decide..

Coupes are nice but they are 2-3 years old in styling the sedan jus got a nice facelift the sedan is also faster and roomier , also with the sedan you are savslots lot more money on insurance the sedan is a nice pick and it is demand in the resale market when you decide to sell it when you buy the all new Infiniti G

Coupe is a lot nicer imo but you already bought the sedan and it's not bad so for the price I would just keep it.... although the g37 coupe is just pure sex with a drop and wheels.

I'll take a G37 sedan over coupe any day, I'm not a fan of the G37 coupe unless they are heavily modded. (same amount on mods on the sedan is amazing though)

In my opinion the Sedans have looked better than the Coupes from the beginning. I agree with everyone else on here...don't trade it in.

Those pics won't get him to buy a coupe if he's looking for performace...

Big wheels are no good when it comes to performance... lol

Clean car though
