Going From Button to Buttonless Door Handles?

I'm not sure if anybody's attempted to do this before since it's a really useful feature, but I've been thinking about going from the intelligent key's button door handles to the traditional buttonless door handles. Would this just consist of easily swapping out the door handles? Would I still be able to start the car from the keyfob, without the key? Does anybody see any other other problems that might occur should I do this? Any and all info. is appreciated.

As much I like the easy unlocking/locking feature the button just sticks out like a sore thumb, especially on white.

I'd leave the button.

For some reason I was thinking you were talking about the way the Aston Martin doorhandles sit flush.
