Slow Speedometer

So today i changed my headlights and installed 6k and put Nokya Yellow fogs. The other inside bulb next to the fogs where changed to white LED. After i did the swap i drove around and noticed that my Speedometer was moving slower than usual and seems to be lagging. Could it be that there was a wire i touched or anything near the headlight? i doubt it but it could be a posibility or is there something else that could be causing my speedometer to Lag? i have warranty so if anything im going to take it to the the dealership only thing is i have a full catback and BERK HFC.

^ i will try that. Does anybody know if there are any cables near the headlights or so that could deal with the speedometer?

I highly doubt there is even a wire located near the headlight that directly involves the gauge cluster of your speedometer
