Quick help. Need asap!

Anyone know how to remove the lights and sunroof thing from the headliner? There are these tabs but I can't just pull them off. They will break (one already did).

try to get a small pick tool on there and pry the sides of the "nut" up???

^That, get a small flat head, like really small and just bend each of the pieces up then slide off. Then bend them back when you're ready to put em back on
