All right Zoop, now that you've seen a few pic they're way nicer than the OE ****. Riverside Infiniti should have these in stock, that's were I bought mine 800-913-3130 ask for Tony. You can lower the **** by carefully cutting down the plastic actuator that runs thru the center of the shift post. I used my Dremel, took off about an 1/2" and reshaped it like OE. Works fine and sits lower which I like.
