Car "hiccup"

When going 20-30 mph, with my foot slightly on the accelerator my car will hiccup. Its almost like its shifting into 3rd gear really hard. I have a g35x 07. 5AT any thoughts? I was considering cleaning out the throttle body as other owners said it has improved throttle "smoothness".

Yeah I would think it was the tranny not the throttle body. But couldn't hurt to clean it out, well unless you do it wrong... Gl

OP you have 2 throttle bodies. Make sure you clean them both if you go that route. I would also suspect the transmission.
