If the dent is on the bumper, pdr will not help. The best way to fix it without going to a bodyshop is to take it off and heat it witha heat gun and push the dent out. If the paint isn't cracked and the urethane isn't creased, you can probably get it back to 99%.

 

I have a few door dents on both sides of my car that i need to do, i h8 people that are not considerate of other peoples car...btw i always try to park in the safest place possible :/
