Mine does that too. Try turning on the AC on to as cold as possible and THEN turn off the heater/fan/AC.. then that little bit of air comes out cool instead of hot.

You can enter once a day. When you go back to the website click the "I have already entered" button.

I just got it fixed at the dealership. They were about to replace the entire sunroof assembly... Until I told them to check the bolts on the sunroof rails. They can become loose over time.

And guess what? That fixed it. They ordered the new sunroof assembly for nothing. Not sure how long those "techs" have been working for Infiniti. But they seem clueless. Maybe they should read the damn TSB's?

My car was sitting at the dealership waiting for the sunroof assembly for about 1 week. I just called one day and said, "you know what, you should check the bolts on the rails" before tearing down my roof...

I'm not sure. I would like to know too. As this is a "recurring" problem. Maybe I should have told them to apply some locktite on the bolts.

I really don't think they read the TSB's. I took mine in for the paint wearing off my HomeLink mirror buttons. They replaced the whole mirror. If they would have read the TSB they would have seen that you can order the buttons separately for ~$20. Oh well, not my money.

Let us know what you find. Mine makes a slight noise when I drive over an uneven surface. Not a huge deal, but would be nice to fix if it's easy.
