Blue Batmobile overlays?

Has any done business with this guy? Are his products quality stuff? I want some overlays for my tail lights, and saw some nice ones on his site.

He doesn't log onto Driver that much, email is the best way to get a hold of him.

bluebatmobile@san.rr.com

His products are good. He has installers in various states as well.

^Heat gun / hair dryer and patience... Time depends on your skill and experience. Contact Blue_batmobile, he can tell you the process or direct you to one of his installers depending on your location.

I had absolutely no experience with overlays when I did my roof and it took about 2 1/2 hours and about an hour for each tail light, just takes time some patients. My roof came out pretty good, I did make a few bad cuts, but if I did it again I think I could get it near perfect and the tails came out perfect, you can barley tell they're overlays. I will say the black vinyl is much easier to work with than the tail tint as it is much stiffer than the vinyl but all you need is a little heat and it softens right up.

I have a question. I just ordered a roof over lay, and the overlay it self on the edges where it was rolled up are fringed. is that normal? Will i see it when I install?

Huh. I think your asking will it smooth out. You need to lay it flat and let it unwrinkle itself before putting it on. Just put something light on the four corners and let it sit overnight.

Im not sure which pictures uploaded first but, as you an see the edges weren't rolled in smooth. so it should be okay as long as I put something heave on it in the heat and it will even out?
