well I bought mine 8K D2S new for $30 shipped from one of the guys on here. He still sells them, not sure if he got more 8K though. WEll I dad mine for about 3 weeks now and working and looking great!
Quality was nice too!

HID bulbs are usually always overpriced, but im sure some are better then the other and some will last longer then the other, but you just never know you know.
I'd buy them for $38.

Watch buying random bulbs because some are just straight crap. I bought a set of h4's for the fog lights and didnt think anything of it. About two days after install it was raining and the bulbs got so hot they melted the housing for the headlamp. I know statik has a good rep on him its where i got my license plate bulbs from.

I wouldnt consider 8k bulbs an upgrade. You lose alot of visibility over the stock bulbs.

6000k is usually the best balance between 4300 and 8000 since it has a bit of the color plus the output is pretty good

Bulb are like there's a certain point where they become less desirable. With bulbs it's 6000k and it's 40D, having access to both that makes me an expert....
