To me, it looks like another one of the many HKS replicas. And while I don't have anything against that, especially since I have one, I don't see why it would be bad or anything, since my X02 is perfectly fine.
I honestly don't know ANYTHING about this exhaust but I can at least tell you this, if you're going to buy a replica, you take on the risk of it not being perfect and it not fitting properly without some adjusting.
The $500 price tag on it is a lot better then paying $1200 or whatever the HKS exhaust goes for now, so in the end, its up to you and what you want to do and what you're willing to put up with.

pay the extra 200 bux get an ark-grip exhaust that is guaranteed to fix and already has an Xpipe. more horsepower, better quality and guaranteed to fit. the most youre going to save in the end is 100 bux and you still get tips that rust. ark performance is the way to go for the price
