Got t-boned today and its bad, engine was leaking every kind of fluid and four airbags went off. (Glad to know infiniti cars are safe tho because Im fine) They think it might be totalled but I don't know yet. Maybe its a sign to upgrade

07 toyota highlander, she decided that since traffic stopped to let me turn left that she would race down the median lane and destroy my car...did i mention she drove home because her car was fine

 

So you turned left in front of her?

I hate that. People stop to give you a break and someone comes barreling down the outside lane.

Could you not see her coming? (obviously not, or you wouldn't have gotten hit...)

Did the cops write a ticket?

 

yeah they gave her a ticket for improper use of a turn lane because she wasnt turning anywhere she was just trying to get around traffic, i saw it enough to hit the brakes but i was already in the way

 

At least there's that - that they gave her the ticket. I don't know what I would have done. The impulse to strangle her might have been more than I could control.. LOL..

Hopefully they total it and you get your money out of her. Cars are never quite right after a major accident - at least not to me. There always seems to be squeaks and rattles (real and imagined I suppose) that weren't there before.

yeah i got out of the car and when she saw my face she was like im gunna go wait in my car until you dont look like your going to kill me. i was kinda hoping it was totalled so i can get an 06 or 07 and put the aps twin turbo kit i was gunna install in a couple weeks on that one (thank god i didnt install it yet) instead of my 04.


personally i think it looks cool (when the steering wheel airbag went off the emblem hit my arm)

Airbags cost alot, and since yours is a 04, the damage is prob up there.

Got in an accident last year (wasnt my fault) in my beater with a chick ina
toyota highlander also. Funny how her car got a little scratch and mine was
considered total. Looks like those highlander are built to take some good hits lol.
