Exclamation G Vandalized !

IO need help stat, at work i went to check on my car, and i saw on the right rear fender (gas cap side) i saw a clear chemical substance splashed all over my car. I quickly got the quick detail and tried to get it off as fast as possible but the sun baked it into the paint "( So it looks like i have a crappy paint job with paint drips. I washed my car when i got home and tried doing a small detail. It looks as if the after effects of being egged with drip marks going down the car. I tried everything i had in my aresenal to get it off, but i took out a little clear coat doing so. HELP PLEASE PICS TO COME SOON !

Take it to a detailer, does it feel like it's raised at all? or is it as smooth as the paint?

I suggest using a quality clay bar, and then polishing. You shouldn't have a problem removing it, but if you're not to experienced in detailing paint then you can mangle the car quick. Find a GOOD detailer in the area, not some express wash that says they detail.

I would suggest taking it to a professional... You can only buff so much on a car before your through the clear coat. You might be doing more damage than good trying ot get it yourself.

dude, honestly your prob gonna have to get the whole panel sanded/clearcoated if you want it to look good again.

sorry about that, f-ing clowns. I hope whoever did that will be karma'd into driving corolla's for life.

A professional with a high speed buffer and the right compound should be able to remove all those blems. Shouldn't cost more than $20, that quite a bit less than what you intended to do with the sand/reclear....
