Woke up to all four of my tires icepicked.. Just put them on last month for over 800$.. Not looking forward to buying four new tires again.. Probably will sell the wheels without tires and buy some new wheels with tires with the money..

What will a police report do? If I go to insurance, i'll have to pay a deductible.. no point :/

 

Get the police report.If the perps are arrested for doing this elsewhere you can take them to civil court.

depending on your insurance, if you file a claim you will have to pay your deductible but your rates shouldnt go up because you were not in the car. its an avenue you should check out regardless the outcome. im sure if you talk to your agent he will be able to help you make the best decision.

insurance, your deductible will be 500 if correct, so insurance would take over 300
