will g37 midpipe & exhaust fit on g35?

I can get a free g37 exhaust but was wondering if it's worth my boy driving it down from NY or rather have him sell it. Currently got megan TP, Jic Y pipe, stock midpipe 06 and gReddy elite. it's nice and i have minimal rasp...it got ALOT better after MREV2 installed but i'm wondering if the twin resonator from G37 midpipe and exhaust will help me eliminate this rasp issue. Thanks
